She is passionate about developing benefits strategy and programs that help shape the company culture, enable employees’ peace of mind and productivity. She is a firm believer of building strong partnership with vendors, consultants and stakeholders and inspires her team to do so. She also thrives on finding solutions to improve employee experience and scale. Mandy holds a BA of Actuarial Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and MBA at University of Manchester, UK.
