Community and Environmental Protection Against Nuclear Injustice Act

The United States has a history of nuclear colonialism¹, where nuclear programs (including energy, weaponry, mining, etc.) have disproportionately harmed communities without the political capital to protect themselves and the environment. Thus, this brief will cover how current legislation proves ineffective to the ongoing harm of these programs and will offer solutions to prevent future suffering.
