She serves as the managing editor of her school newspaper, vice president of her school’s YMCA Youth and Government delegation, and captain of her school’s varsity Lincoln-Douglas debate team. In her spare time, Sankeertana volunteers at her local Teen Court and loves to read any book she can get her hands on.
