Impact analysts are individuals who are mainly responsible for using quantitative methods to make sound and practical financial decisions for YIP. Along with the ability to use methods to assess impact, the quantitative manager will assist the head of development on impact-related projects as needed.

The Marketing Analytics Researcher will be responsible for working throughout the week to keep track of the implementation of search network campaigns. They will also draft reports for upper leadership weekly or biweekly to show the results of recent campaign launches and provide recommendations based on the statistics of recent success in marketing

Interns will be illustrating and creating graphics for a non-partisan high school civics curriculum, which will assist in students' understanding and comprehension of the material.

Editor Internship

Editors work with 3-4 policy writers per week in order to edit policy papers and provide feedback to all types of Policy Writers throughout the writing process. Editors may also be responsible for planning and assisting with YIP Educational Events.

Curriculum Outreach Intern

Interns will be communicating and managing outreach with several groups to integrate a non-partisan civics curriculum in national schools (public, private, charter).

Effective Discourse Partnerships Intern

Assist the Effective Discourse team create and maintain partnerships to aid in the growth and development of the Institute for Youth in Policy Fellowshop Program!
