Aditi Senapati is a community organizer and policy researcher whose work sits at the intersection of education, racial justice, and youth advocacy. As one of two distinguished fellows selected from over 400 applicants in YIP's Winter Cohort, she independently researched and created a policy report on the racial implications of private prisons.Beyond YIP, Aditi is the founder and executive director of Project Homepack, a nonprofit initiative serving 100+ foster youth across the greater Princeton area by distributing essential school supplies through a network of 15+ volunteers. She has also gained legal experience as an intern at a civil rights-adjacent law practice, where she compiled a comprehensive database cataloging 150+ police misconduct cases to support case preparation and pattern identification.Aditi is a student at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North in Plainsboro, NJ, where she serves as Social Media Coordinator for Key Club, a Peer Leader, and secretary of her school's Model Congress team; a role that has earned her four awards at Ivy League universities.
