Anthony Akator Jr. is a Rising Sophomore at Williams College. He is a prospective double major in political science and history. Anthony is a contributing writer for both the Williams Liberal Arts Law Journal and the Williams Journal of Foreign Affairs. He is also a board member of the Society of the Griffins, a Black men's affinity group at Williams.
Outside of school, Anthony serves as the Chair of Region I for the Youth and College Division of the NAACP, the Recruitment Chair of the Youth Advisory Council of Citizens & Scholars, and is a member of the Gilder Lehrman Undergraduate Advisory Council.
In his free time, Anthony enjoys listening to music (mainly Hip-Hop, Jazz, and R&B), watching documentaries, reading, and playing soccer with friends. Aspirationally, he hopes to pursue a career in public service as a federal prosecutor.
