Asher Cohen is a high school student at the Dwight-Englewood School. He has experience in the intersection of public policy, civic engagement, political strategy, and non-profit management. At YIP, Asher serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff, overseeing the Office of the CEO, technology, and development functions. Asher also leads administrative and operational efforts across departments. Asher founded Voters2Be, a civic education organization that teaches students in under-resourced communities about democracy, politics, and the importance of voting. Additionally, he is a published author in The Schola, has interned for local politicians, and conducted research with a Harvard fellow.
