Asher Cohen is a high school student at the Dwight-Englewood School. He has experience in the intersection of public policy, civic engagement, political strategy, and non-profit management. At YIP, Asher serves as the Vice President of Volunteer Experience, overseeing all onboarding, training, compliance, and employee wellness functions. Asher founded Voters2Be, a civic education organization that teaches students in under-resourced communities about democracy, politics, and the importance of voting. Additionally, he is a published author in The Schola, has interned for local politicians, and conducted research with a Harvard fellow.
