Carlos Bindert

Carlos is a fifth-year student at [RIT](https://rit.edu) majoring in Supply Chain Management, striving towards the goal of a world driven by technology that works better for everyone. At YIP, he oversees most daily operations, focusing on administrative (Technology and Finance) and Policy (Web Content) functions. Carlos has previous civics experience in several areas, including issue advocacy, campaign management, and election security. He is passionate about planning, both within YIP and in the ways that governments — particularly transit agencies — take ideas to execution.
