Chloe Cannon

Chloe Cannon is a dedicated student advocate and policy researcher from Dallas, Texas. She attends The Colony High School as part of the Collegiate Academy and is concurrently pursuing an Associate of Arts degree through Collin College. Chloe is the founder of FemCare 4 All, an initiative that champions menstrual equity in Texas schools. She has authored multiple legislative proposals aimed at expanding access to essential health and academic resources for underserved students. Her work bridges grassroots activism and public policy, with a focus on uplifting Title I schools and confronting systemic inequities in education. Beyond the classroom, Chloe holds leadership roles within the High School Democrats of America Black Caucus, the Texas High School Democrats, and serves as the Founder and President of her school’s Key Club. She plans to pursue a career in government affairs and public policy, using her voice to advocate for equitable access and lasting change.
