Delvino Caconda

Delvino Caconda is a young Angolan law student at Katyavala Bwila University, with an interest in public international law, diplomacy and international cooperation. He is a correspondent for SpeakFreely Magazine and Local Coordinator for Students for Liberty (SFL). He is a member of the International Fraternity of Communion and Liberation (CL) and C40 Cities (Youth Hub). He has participated in international programmes such as Nalike Africa, and was a finalist in the John Galt School Mozambique 2025 and the Lusophone Cheetah Generation Amplifie. He has written and published several articles on LinkedIn, in the OPAÍS newspaper and in SpeakFreely.
