Dhilan Verma is a civic innovator and education strategist dedicated to strengthening youth leadership and civic participation. As the Education Strategy Team Lead at the Institute for Youth in Policy (YIP), he helps guide initiatives that promote nonpartisan civics education and support students in developing dialogue, media literacy, and critical thinking skills. Beyond YIP, Dhilan is the Co-Founder of Aspire Mentorship, served as District Representative for the Pennsylvania Department of Education, and a Venture Scout at GoAhead Ventures. At Vanderbilt University, he studies Human and Organizational Development and Economics and is involved in Student Government, the Vanderbilt Blockchain Club, and Vanderbilt MoneyThink. He's passionate about exploring how empathy and innovation shape leadership, education, and community systems.
