Divyansha Nashine is a student at the University of Pennsylvania and an award-winning author, researcher, and global youth leader. She founded and leads G.I.R.L.S., empowering 16,000+ girls across 30 U.S. states and 17 countries to pursue STEM, and Coins for Futures, which supports girls’ education in India, distributing 12,000+ resources and introducing coding to over 10,000 students. At 17, she published the first of three internationally distributed computer science books, reaching 11,000+.
Divyansha serves as Technological Development Senior Editor at the Perrin Research Institution for Human-Centered AI. As a Princeton research intern, she co-authored a paper on oxygen chemisorption on Nb(100), published in the Journal of Applied Physics and presented at two national conferences. She is a 2025 Millennium Fellow, Ashoka Young Changemaker & Points of Light Conference Finalist, International Youth Math Challenge Winner, NCWIT AiC Honorable Mention, a Top 30 International Children’s Peace Prize Honoree, among others. Her work has been awarded by the National Academy of Engineering, Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, Blue Ocean Competition, Modeling the Future Challenge, Crimson Education’s 18 Under 18, and more.
