2026 Winter Fellow
Eesha Chandolu
Eesha Chandolu is a student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with academic interests in neuroscience, psychology, and public policy. Her work focuses on the intersection of healthcare systems, health equity, and policy solutions that improve access to care for vulnerable populations. Through research and community engagement, she has explored issues related to healthcare access, neurological disorders, and the social factors that influence health outcomes. As a fellow with the Institute for Youth in Policy, Eesha developed a policy brief addressing health insurance coverage gaps among young adults and proposing state-level reforms to improve continuity of care. She is particularly interested in policies that strengthen healthcare access during critical life transitions and promote long-term public health and economic stability.
