Isabella Perez Martínez is a high school student from Bogotá, Colombia, and currently serves as a Public Health Policy Analyst at the Institute for Youth in Policy. Her work focuses on youth well-being, policy research, and communicating complex ideas effectively to broader audiences. Outside YIP, she is the founder of a youth-led venture, Bellika, and serves on the Youth Advisory Committee for IMAGINA at Universidad de los Andes. She is deeply passionate about cross-sector collaboration, business, discourse, and using storytelling to make policy more accessible to young people.
