John Miao

John Miao is a student at Auburn High School pursuing the International Baccalaureate diploma with a strong interest in financial policy, international economics, and the relationship between capital markets and government decision-making. He engages in policy research and writing focused on how financial systems respond to global crises. He holds leadership positions in several school and state-level organizations including DECA and Key Club, and speaks English, Mandarin, and Spanish. John is also an accomplished violinist and is committed to making complex policy issues accessible to younger audiences.
