Kevin Cai

Kevin Heng Cai is the Director of Polling Initiatives at the Institute for Youth in Policy and a former Policy Fellow. He studies at Groton School in Massachusetts and previously conducted research at Stanford University's Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies.
