Lauren Peng is currently pursuing a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Economics at The Pennsylvania State University.

She is particularly experienced in DEI, nonprofit development, research, and international business. Recently, she presented her ongoing study "Optimizing Managerial Approaches Through Plasticity" - which explores applications of neuroplasticity in managerial internal branding approaches - at the Academy of International Business U.S. Northeast Chapter 2023 Annual Conference. Through her work in various areas, Lauren strives to elevate important conversations and make an impact in her community.
