Maryam Zoweil
Maryam Zoweil is a student at Anderson High School in Austin, Texas, who is hoping to study business and data science in college. She is the Data Analytics Director within the Education Research & Analytics department.

She is most passionate about utilizing social entrepreneurship and data science to empower youth and promote social change in our society. Outside of her role at YIP, Maryam has actively contributed to several equity-centered design initiatives, including her roles as a Council Member in Austin's Youth Climate Equity Council, and Youth Advisor for Breakthru in Headstream's Youth to Innovator program. She hopes to assist in YIP’s mission by using her skills in advising, design, and data analysis to identify insightful patterns and drive data-driven decision-making. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, playing water polo, drawing, and spending time with family and friends.
