Addressing the critical concerns over animal cruelty in the Animal Welfare Act of 1996 is nothing but imperative, yet the exclusions, laxity, and minimal standards of this law conceal its equitable resolution. "Invisible Intentions: Addressing Gaps in Animal Cruelty" traverse the pressing gaps and loopholes found within the act, and articulates the exigence as to why it must be revised.
