Noah Gorgas

Noah Gorgas is a Columbia University student studying Economics and Political Science on the pre-law track. He serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Institute for Youth in Policy, overseeing strategy and operations across the Civic Growth, Policy Media, and Technology departments. Most recently, he led the launch of Policy Forward, a comprehensive restructuring of YIP’s Policy Media Department designed to expand its research, publication, and public engagement initiatives. Outside YIP, Noah has worked in state legislative affairs and political campaigns, including leading a statewide youth fellowship program and serving as the youth communications director for a congressional campaign. He previously interned at the Massachusetts State House, presided over the executive boards of several student organizations, and worked as a summer camp counselor. At Columbia, he is a member of Alpha Kappa Psi, contributes as a Business Associate to the Undergraduate Law Review, serves as a campus tour guide, and volunteers with Camp Kesem as the Operations Coordinator.
