Olivia Liao

Olivia is a high school student in Philadelphia, PA with a strong passion for economics, government, mathematics, and public policy. She is the founder of Hearts for Heritage, a service organization she started to bridge resource disparities within the API community. She is interested in exploring the facets of economic and racial inequality and its impact on modern America.
