Preethika Yetukuri

Preethika Yetukuri is a Mathematical Sciences student at Clemson University, where her academic work bridges the intersections of mathematics, artificial intelligence, and public policy. Her research and professional experience span AI governance, quantitative modeling, and sustainable development, with a particular focus on applying data-driven frameworks to real-world policy challenges. At Clemson, she has contributed to multiple interdisciplinary research initiatives, including projects with NASA, the Virtual Prototyping of Autonomy-Enabled Ground Systems (VIPR-GS) team, and the Clemson Engineers for Developing Communities program, where she integrates quantitative methods with social impact goals. As a Fellow with the Institute for Youth in Policy, Preethika explores how mathematical models can enhance transparency, accountability, and equity in AI governance. Her work reflects a broader commitment to advancing evidence-based policymaking that connects technology, ethics, and human-centered innovation on a global scale.
