Rudra Patel

Rudra Patel studies at Modesto High School as an International Baccalaureate Candidate, and remains active in projects centered on equity, communication, and public problem-solving. Rudra works on education-focused youth research and policy exploration, with particular interest in improving teacher support systems and student learning environments. He is especially committed to understanding how institutional challenges affect communities and how young people can contribute to solutions.

Rudra Patel is a California-based student at Modesto HighSchool who is passionate about education research, community engagement,and youth-led communication. He completed the YIP Fellowship, where heauthored a capstone project examining the National Teacher Retention Crisisand its impact on classroom stability and student outcomes. Rudra alsohosts Youth In The Loop, a podcast focused on student perspectives andlocal issues, and leads The SAC Project, an initiative aimed at fosteringgreater awareness and understanding across communities. He continues topursue work that deepens his understanding of public education andstrengthens his ability to create meaningful, equity-centered change.
