Rushil Johal

Rushil is an undergraduate student studying Data Science at New York University with minors in Film Producing and the Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology. He founded Aviate, a youth-led 501(c)3 providing STEM opportunities for less-resourced students intellectually curious about pursuing careers in aerospace. Passionate about tech entrepreneurship and optimizing AI to solve problems in many sectors, especially in entertainment and urban transportation, he's currently working within the NYC venture capital scene. He serves as a Real-Time Software Engineer at NYU's High-Speed Research Network team and formerly a Don Lavoie Technology Fellow at George Mason's Mercatus Center.
