Capstone Project

This brief aims to provide an analysis of the impact book bans and restrictive library policies have on LGBTQ+ students. It will provide a background into the struggles LGBTQ+ youth face, and how lack of access to queer-friendly literature will negatively affect LGBTQ+ students’ mental health and ability to feel safe in schools.
