Sebastian Rios

Sebastian Rios is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at YIP. He is currently a dual-degree student at the Honors College studying Criminal Justice and Political Science with minors in Public Policy and Philosophy at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He has much experience working within legislative affairs and policy work as he served as Chair of the Nevada Youth Legislature and as youth representative on the Nevada Commission for Innovation and Excellence in Education. Sebastian served as one of the 2025 United States Senate Youth Delegates from the state of Nevada and plans to continue his exploration into the world of government. His ambition is to contribute to the fields of law and policy and he plans to attend law school after completing his undergraduate studies.
