Tiffany Li

Tiffany is the Co-Senior Vice President of Policy Media. She joined YIP in the fall of 2024 and has since served in several leadership roles within the ED Department, including Deputy Head of Fellowship and VP of Effective Discourse. During her time at YIP, she has helped lead the organization’s fellowship program to grow to over 1,000 applicants. Outside of YIP, Tiffany is passionate about civic engagement and bridging the gap for underprivileged kids. She founded Nourish with Purpose, a student-led initiative partnered with multiple organizations, through which she has collected over 500 books for underprivileged kids. She is also involved in her school’s student political education and open discourse club, where she works to promote informed civic participation and meaningful political dialogue among students. In her free time, she enjoys baking, swimming, and hanging out with friends.
