Vanessa Tao

Vanessa is a student at Columbine High School in Colorado who plans to pursue international relations or political science and economics in university to eventually attend law school.

Her interests lay in the intersection of social policy and economic markets, along with how these factors shape institutions within our society. Prior to YIP, she was a Legislative Intern with Senator Lisa Cutter as well as a youth contributor on multiple nonprofit boards. In her free time, she enjoys reading, making music, and weightlifting.
