Virthiha Selvamuthukumaran is a senior at South Forsyth High School who is eager to pursue a career in law. She has conducted research with The Concord Review and is currently developing a simulation tool to analyze the economic impact of federally mandated maternity leave. As Vice President of Legal Compliance at the Institute for Youth in Policy, she manages personnel dynamics and ensures employee adherence to company laws and regulations. Virthiha's leadership extends to her roles in FBLA as SFHS Chapter President and a Region 12 Officer. Additionally, she founded Empower Vocal, a non-profit organization focused on providing comprehensive public speaking education to students nationwide, and has successfully taught public speaking to over 500 students. She plans to major in economics or public policy in college.
