Yuki Layman

Yuki Layman is a student at The Webb Schools in California but grew up in Beijing, China. As a member of her school's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program, she is passionate about advocacy and financial literacy. She joined YIP in August 2022 as a Curriculum Outreach Intern and now leads as Director of Education Outreach, monitoring the progress of the outreach team while following up with partnerships expressing interest in the civics curriculum. As a result of her involvement at YIP, she hopes to influence her generation to become more involved in civic discourse. Outside of YIP, Yuki enjoys going to concerts, writing, traveling, cooking, and exploring the outdoors.
