She’s been raising awareness on global issues among young people in her community through her school’s Human Rights Club which she co-founded, organizing drives and fundraisers for local and international nonprofits.

Mariam Oladimeji possesses a profound interest in the domain of legal practices, both within the United States and on a global scale. Her pursuit of this passion has led her to immerse herself in the intricacies of juvenile legal systems and the interplay between law and politics in Nigeria through writing, thanks to the Youth in Policy Fellowship. Mariam continues to delve into legal aspects through my advocacy Internship and my studies at the University. I hope to continue to expand my knowledge of different legal fields and contribute to positive change.
