Meet the extraordinary young leaders who formed the inaugural cohort of the Winter 2023 Fellowship at the Institute for Youth in Policy (YIP). - Comprised of 70 dedicated students aged 13-22, our inaugural class represents a rich tapestry of perspectives and expertise, spanning social impact, community organizing, civic engagement, design thinking, technology, and advocacy.
- Hailing from six continents, our Fellows bring unique cultural insights and experiences that enrich the learning environment and foster cross-cultural collaboration.
- The class includes individuals who have spearheaded grassroots movements, developed innovative solutions for local challenges, and advocated for policy reform at national and international levels.

Throughout the Fellowship, our inaugural class has worked tirelessly on over 40 capstone projects, with several joining us in management capacities after their participation in the program.
